By using the site, you agree to these terms. A separate proposal, statement of work, or service agreement governs paid client work.

3. AI tools and generated output

Curvo and the AI project tools generate automated output. Curved Solution does not guarantee that an AI response is accurate, complete, current, continuously available, suitable for a particular project, or capable of producing a specific business result.

AI output is a starting point for planning. Verify important technical, legal, financial, security, accessibility, privacy, and operational information with an appropriate professional and current primary documentation before relying on it.

4. AI acceptable use

• Do not use automated scripts or coordinated requests to overload the AI endpoints or use curvedsolution.com as an unrestricted proxy.
• Do not circumvent rate limits, abuse free model capacity, probe provider configuration, or attempt to extract API keys, environment variables, hidden prompts, private files, credentials, or internal instructions.
• Do not use prompt injection or similar techniques to defeat safeguards, access secrets, or cause Curvo to act outside its public purpose.
• Do not submit passwords, payment information, highly personal information, confidential company data, or other sensitive material to the AI tools.

5. Quotes, estimates, and project planning

An automated or AI-assisted estimate is a preliminary planning range produced from predefined selections and rules. It is not a binding quotation, offer, contract, promise of availability, or guarantee of price or delivery date.

Final scope, assumptions, pricing, taxes, timeline, responsibilities, deliverables, third-party costs, and acceptance criteria must be agreed separately in writing with Curved Solution.

6. Website audits

Automated audits inspect information publicly available from the URL supplied and produce an informational snapshot. You may share links and view the site for its intended purpose, but may not reproduce, sell, misrepresent, or create a confusingly similar service from protected material without permission.

Client names, trademarks, screenshots, product interfaces, and other showcased project material remain subject to the rights of their respective owners. A portfolio appearance does not transfer those rights to Curved Solution or to website visitors.

9. Availability and changes

The website, AI models, APIs, audit providers, Firebase services, email delivery, and other features may be interrupted, rate-limited, changed, suspended, or discontinued. We may update safeguards, providers, tool limits, content, or functionality without guaranteeing uninterrupted access.

10. External links and third-party services

The site may link to live projects, social platforms, documentation, or other third-party websites. Curved Solution does not control and is not responsible for their content, availability, security, terms, or privacy practices.
